Katie Price and Alex Reid  planning a second wedding ceremony.

The couple, who married in Las Vegas earlier this week, allegedly want to hold another celebration in June to earn money from magazine and television deals.

According to the News of the World, the duo married in Las Vegas to get attention in America and are now hoping to make £3m from the coverage of their second wedding.

“They are desperate to crack the US,” a source claimed. “The Las Vegas wedding was a means to an end for them.

“They have struck a deal with a magazine and ITV for a £3m wedding in the summer which will be massive. They’re looking at a couple of places for the venue – one is in a large marquee in the Surrey area close to where she lives.”

Price is also allegedly hoping that her marriage to the Celebrity Big Brother winner will boost her popularity.

“With Katie’s popularity in freefall, she fears she’ll lose everything she’s worked for,” an insider said. “She sees Alex as the key to rebuilding Brand Katie. She feels that she needs him on board to reinvent herself again and if she loses him, she’ll lose everything.”
