Apple UK have announced via their UK website that they will begin shipping the iPad in April for the UK. At that time it will be the WI-FI only model available.
Follwing just days later will be the more expensive 3G version
Steve Jobs said at the time of launch that the international iPad data plans would be announced in June or July, so observers have taken this to mean that a deal to provide data in the UK had been struck sooner than expected.
